£500.00 per course (up to 15 max) and Individual at open venue training £80.00pp (plus exam fee if required)The aim of the Food Safety/Hygiene Level 2 Award programme structured to the HABC Level 2 Award exam Food Safety in Catering, is to give delegates practical knowledge of the fundamentals of good practice and safe food handling.
The course is recommended for anyone working in the catering and hospitality industries, food retail or manufacturing.
The training is followed by a short multiple choice exam.
